Dr Vimi Jham Associate Professor of Marketing at Institute of Management Technology


Dr. Vimi Jham is a Management Educator in the area of Marketing with Institute of Management Technology, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. She 23 years of experience in industry, teaching, research and training. She holds a Ph.D. from Aligarh Muslim University, India and is an affiliate of Harvard Business School, Boston, USA. Her case on “Domino’s Pizza” published in Asian Case Research Journal is one of the five most read cases with World Scientific Publishing.

Having said that, her teaching has been associated globally with European, Australian, Middle Eastern, and Indian Universities along with heading  the academic administration. Having published books on Cases in Management, Consumer Centric Marketing and Entrepreneurship Dr.  Jham’s   research examines relationship marketing practices and its application in different sectors with focus on satisfaction, quality and social media in the banking industry.

Her areas of research interests are the area of education and marketing. She serves on the editorial board of various International Journals. Her teaching portfolio includes Marketing Management, Consumer Behavior, Integrated Marketing Communications, Retail Management, Customer Relationship Management, and Digital Marketing Strategy.
